SERVICING A/C & REFRIGERATION FOR OVER 30 YEARS!

Owner Sean Donham got his first introduction to commercial refrigeration in 1990 just after he and his wife Karen moved to the Houston area.  A few years later, after his tour in the US Army, Sean began his career in the HVAC industry learning all about residential air-conditioning and heating, while furthering his commercial resume as well. 

 

With his natural mechanical aptitude, hardcore military work ethics and desire to continue learning, Sean quickly excelled in every position and company.  In 2016 he decided to use his extensive knowledge, leadership skills and desire to help people to start his own business.

 

“I had actually gotten out of the business for a little while” stated owner Sean Donham, “and went to work for a power plant, but people continued to call me and ask for help or advice because they said they couldn’t find anyone reliable or that they trusted.  This went on for a couple of years, so I finally decided to get my own license and things just took off from there primarily through referrals.”

 

Karen and Sean also started the business to help pay for their 3 kids to go to college, ironically all of them eventually decided to work for the company. We are truly family owned and operated.

 

Sons Kyle and Austin are technicians and Kyle’s twin sister, Amy, is on the install crew.  Karen is over marketing and bookkeeping, while Austin’s fiancée Danielle is the office coordinator and dispatcher.  You might even see “Grammy” on an install or driving around town picking up parts. Granddaughter Alayna, is well on her way and can be seen on the Facebook page. 

 

It’s truly family serving families and they don’t take that lightly.
